Al-Takamul Engineering supplied and implemented advanced KNX smart home and building automation solutions for Surda Vila, a large-scale luxury residential project consisting of three duplex villas and four outdoor garden areas. The project included integrated smart control solutions for lighting systems, VRF air conditioning, shutters, swimming pools, gate systems, underfloor heating (UFH), and hot water systems through touch panels, mobile applications, automation scenarios, scheduling functions, and Apple Home integration. The implemented systems were designed to provide intelligent building management, enhanced user comfort, energy efficiency, operational flexibility, and seamless smart living experiences within a modern luxury residential environment.
