Al-Takamul Engineering supplied integrated electrical, automation, and low-current infrastructure solutions for the Municipal Development & Lending Fund (MDLF) headquarters in Ramallah. The project included the supply and implementation of BMS-SCADA systems, KNX smart control systems, low-voltage infrastructure, structured data networks, cable management systems, and architectural lighting solutions utilizing advanced technologies from Schneider Electric, R&M, Relco, and Gersan. The supplied systems were designed to support operational reliability, intelligent building management, infrastructure efficiency, stable connectivity, and long-term operational performance for the institution’s daily activities.

• BMS-SCADA :

  Supply and implementation of Schneider Electric BMS-SCADA systems designed to provide centralized monitoring and intelligent control for building operations, HVAC systems, lighting, security systems, and critical facility infrastructure.



• Lighting Fixtures :

  Supply of Relco architectural lighting systems designed to provide high illumination quality, operational efficiency, visual comfort, and reliable long-term performance for institutional environments.



• Infrastructure Low Voltage :

  Supply of low-voltage and structured data infrastructure solutions utilizing R&M technologies, including network cabling, fiber optic systems, data outlets, and communication cabinets designed for reliable connectivity and stable operational networking environments.



• KNX :

  Supply of KNX smart automation systems designed to provide intelligent lighting control, improved energy efficiency, operational flexibility, and optimized building management performance.



• Cable Tray and ladders :

  Supply of Gersan cable tray and ladder systems designed to ensure organized cable routing, infrastructure reliability, operational safety, and efficient management of electrical and communication systems.
