Istishari Cancer Center is a specialized medical facility dedicated to providing advanced cancer treatment and care. In 2023, the center received a supply of critical electrical and automation systems, including BMS-SCADA, Data Center, Busbar, Cable Tray and Ladders, Infrastructure Low Voltage, KNX, and UPS, ensuring efficient power distribution, automation, and reliable infrastructure to support medical operations.

Systems Used

• BMS-SCADA:

  A monitoring system was installed for the building and the Data Center using Schneider Electric devices. Building Monitoring: Tracks systems like HVAC, lighting, and security for efficient management. Data Center Monitoring: Ensures optimal conditions (temperature, humidity, cooling) to protect critical equipment.



• Data Center:

  The center received a supply of a Europe-made Eaton data center featuring three UPS systems with capacities of one modular 75 kVA upgradable to 200 KVA and two  stand-alone 50 kVA. These systems ensure uninterrupted power supply, reliability, and efficiency, supporting critical hospital operations and safeguarding sensitive medical equipment.



• Cable Tray and ladders:

  The center received a supply of Turkey-made Gersan cable trays and ladders with a 6 cm height, ensuring efficient cable management and support for the hospital's electrical infrastructure. These high-quality components enhance safety, organization, and reliability in the facility’s power distribution system.



• Infrastructure Low Voltage:

  Low Voltage (LV) System, network cables, outlets, data cabinets, and accessories were supplied, including fiber optic cables and related components by using (R&M) EUROPE made. Network Cables: Used for data transmission within the building or facility. Outlets: For connecting various devices to the network. Data Cabinets: For organizing and housing network and data equipment. Fiber Optic Cables: For high-speed, long-distance data transmission, offering higher bandwidth and better performance.



• KNX:

  The center received a supply of Turkey-made EAE KNX systems to control the lighting. This advanced automation system enhances energy efficiency, convenience, and flexibility, ensuring optimal lighting control throughout the facility to support patient comfort and hospital operations
