A Brief About Our Founder

Eng. Husni Qashoo is the founder and chairman of the board of Al-Takamul Engineering, and one of the prominent figures in the field of electrical supplies and contracting in Palestine. His distinguished career spans decades, combining practical experience with a visionary leadership approach, making him one of the top specialists in electrical engineering marketing, a concept that was not widely known in Palestine at the time.

Engineer Husni obtained his engineering degree from Halab University, Syria, in 1975, and began his professional journey by participating in the Al-Furat Dam project in Syria, where he gained extensive experience in large-scale engineering projects. He then worked on the railway project in Aqaba, which provided him with the opportunity to explore the infrastructure and large-scale construction sectors.

Later, he moved to Jerusalem Electricity Company in Palestine, where he worked for 10 years, further enhancing his expertise in electrical systems and energy infrastructure. However, his ambitions extended beyond employment, and in 1981, he decided to establish Al-Takamul Engineering, starting from a modest venture that quickly distinguished itself in the electrical supplies industry.

By 1987, Engineer Husni fully transitioned to independence, dedicating his efforts to developing Al-Takamul Engineering, which has now become one of the leading electrical supplies distribution and systems integration companies, built on quality, innovation, and professional expertise.
